Complete and Submit an Application for Each Student
Upon approval a tuition contract and Vanco Form (automated bank payment) will be sent to you.
Complete and Submit the Following Documents Prior to the First Day of School
Extended Care Program
Extended Care Program provides a service for parents and guardians to have their children in a safe environment during intermission.
Extended Care Schedule
7:00AM – 7:45AM Monday-Friday
2:00PM – 5:00PM on WEDNESDAY ONLY
3:00PM – 5:00PM Monday-Friday
Early dismissal days-No Extended Care
For a child to attend our Extended Care program an Extended Care form and Student Emergency form must be filled out for each student.

Tuition
St. James School strives to provide every child an opportunity to enroll. Grants, fundraisers, and donations allow our tuition to remain competitive and affordable. We also have tuition assistance available for Primary – Intermediate grades (K-5th grade).
Tuition Rates
Per Student for the School Year
Tuition will be divided into 10 equal payments.
Multi-Age (K-8th grade) Tuition Rates for 2024-2025
$6802 per student
Preschool – Tuition Rates for 2024-2025
Preschool 3’s, half day, 2 days: $2044
Preschool 3’s, full day, 2 days: $3504
Preschool 4’s, half day, 3 days: $2856
Preschool 4’s, full day, 3 days: $4896
3% discount rate is applied before September 4, 2024

Tuition Payments
Option 1: Pay in Full Prior to September 4
3% discount rate is applied before September 4, 2024. (This does not apply with Tuition Assistance)
Option 2: Automated Payments
Automatically deducted from bank account, debit or credit card. 10 monthly payments (Sept-June) (VANCO form)

Affording St. James School
St. James School is committed to be available for all families who wish to enroll their children at our school. We work diligently through fundraisers, receiving grants and donations to ensure tuition assistance is attainable for all in need. The application process is done through an outside firm called FACTS. Families MUST apply through Facts to receive any tuition assistance.
Tuition Assistance
Tuition assistance applications are submitted through an outside financial assistance processing firm (F.A.C.T.S.) All information supplied by families will remain confidential. We encourage families needing assistance to fill out the tuition assistance application. Families who apply for assistance will be notified of their tuition grant amount prior to enrollment.
